Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds or Cancellations

 

Once an engagement has been confirmed—whether via formal contract, written communication, or payment initiation—it is considered final and non-cancellable. No refunds, partial or full, shall be issued under any circumstances, including:

 

  • Change in client priorities or strategy

  • Internal decision-making delays

  • Shift in project timelines or scope

 

We do not offer refunds for completed work, ongoing retainers, partial services, or early termination by the client.


 

2. Nature of Services

 

Our work is time-sensitive, human-intensive, and intellectual property-based. A substantial part of our effort is front-loaded—immediately upon project initiation—which necessitates this strict policy.


 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

By engaging CONTILIENCE LLP, clients acknowledge their understanding of the scope, timeline, and deliverables. It is the client’s responsibility to seek clarifications before initiating any engagement.


 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

 

In rare cases, if a refund is required by law or regulatory directive, such requests will be reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis. Our legal team shall determine eligibility and method of settlement.
